    I would really like to try this but it doesn’t explain what type of foods is in the diet and how it works. Doesn’t say anything about what type of schedule it follows for example, some diets say to eat 3 meals and have multiple snacks throughout the day or have a meal replacement shake. I would like to know more details about how easy it is, and what types of foods are in it. I don’t want to spend the money if it is all hard foods to make and foods I cannot easily buy in my area.
